Mobile Banking Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to spearhead our mobile banking initiatives, driving end-to-end execution and ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to oversee the development of mobile banking solutions, aligning with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments, fostering a culture of transparency and open dialogue.
  • Develop and implement effective project management tools and strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery, while maintaining compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in the Banking/ Fintech/IT sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects / programs and 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Excellent understanding of project management tools, Mobile App release mechanisms, and Agile frameworks (Scrum).
  • Proven expertise in Scrum, with hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking), and services, as well as knowledge of application architecture.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • PMP /Scrum/Prince 2 certifications preferred.
