Job Description

We are seeking a Project Architect to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and experience working with luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects.

This role requires a high level of coordination, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in architecture
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD
  • Experience working on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
  1. To oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design intent
  2. Prepare high-quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors
  3. Coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure proper construction process
  4. Maintain accurate documentation of all coordination and project activities
  5. Mitigate delays and facilitate project team meetings and communications
