Project Lead Architect Position

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Lead Architect to oversee the entire project cycle, from design intent to construction document preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various consultants, vendors, and site contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project team to ensure high-quality designs and construction processes.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site contractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of working drawings, detailing drawings, building codes, and structure coordination.
  • Expertise in building structures and the entire project lifecycle is essential.
  • Ability to create precise technical documents for construction projects.
  • Regular site visits to ensure proper construction on site.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all coordination and mitigate delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in Architecture.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable college.
  • Proficiency in software like Auto-CAD.
  • Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant experience in team handling.
