Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR operations. This key role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to support business growth.
  • Enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention through various initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage performance review processes and collaborate with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
