Billing Associate Job Description

The primary function of this role is to handle all financial transactions associated with billing customers. This involves generating and managing invoices, as well as tracking payments received from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers based on their purchasing history and agreements.
  • Pricing and Discounting: Apply discounts and calculate pricing accurately in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Credit and Collections: Manage customer credit limits, track outstanding balances, and implement collections processes when necessary.
  • Billing Cycle: Ensure that bills are sent out on time and that follow-up communications are made to customers who have not paid their invoices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERPs, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role in a large format store.

Benefits:
