Investment Banking Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Trade Settlements, Cash Settlements, Commodity Settlements, Loan Syndication, Billing and Brokerage, Trade reporting, Regulatory reporting, Reference data, Corporate actions, Security lending operations.

The successful candidate should possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the finance industry, with a focus on capital markets and derivatives. They should be adept at working with numbers and extracting valuable insights from data, while also possessing excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective relationships with clients and manage client communications.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and prevent client escalation.
  • Develop and maintain domain expertise, leading by example and driving knowledge management initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts and share best practices within the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA, Mcom, MBA, PGDM).
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience managing teams of 25+ members, with a strong background in Investment Banking Operations.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis for diverse projects.
  • Familiarity with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent logical and quantitative abilities.
