As a Tax Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and work closely with U.S. professionals from the comfort of your home in India.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position for CA Inter-qualified candidates who are looking to support U.S.-based CPA firms with tax preparation, compliance, and accounting work.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare U.S. tax forms such as 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, and 940.
  • Support year-round compliance tasks including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • CA Inter qualification via the direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree).
  • Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness and ability to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
Benefits:
  • Salary: ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 lakhs per annum, paid monthly in INR.
  • Equivalent to $8,500 USD/year, depending on exchange rates.
