Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Manager to lead our R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our organization and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Executive Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing teams delivering R&D specification writing activities. You will build and foster strategic relationships with other R&D Team Leads for data collection, sign-offs, and specification completion.

  • Manage and oversee teams delivering R&D specification writing activities.
  • Build and foster strategic relationships with other R&D Team Leads.
  • Work closely with Function Leaders to understand business needs and develop Specification Management strategy.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is approved and captured into the appropriate document management system.
  • Monitor Specification writing resource count and resource utilization across HBS.

People Responsibilities

You will develop team capabilities, continuous motivation, and increased engagement levels. Define and monitor performance goals for evaluation of direct subordinates. Support communications, idea sharing, and learning for specification writing team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
  • 12+ years of prior work experience in a similar or related field.
