Job Title: Senior Statistical Programming Leader

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Statistical Programmer to lead and drive our statistical programming initiatives. This role will oversee the development of high-quality statistical programming deliverables and contributions that meet internal and external customer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the Statistical Programming function in project-level meetings and providing effective communication and team behaviors as assessed by team members.

Additionally, this leader will train, mentor, and coordinate internal and external programmers assigned to the same study/project as assessed by the functional/operational manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our projects.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related field
  2. Fluency in English (oral and written)

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
