Senior Technical Project Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Leader to lead complex and accelerated projects. The successful candidate will have a strong scientific/technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to establish/maintain DS/DP/Device supply plans.

  • Develop strategic plans for complex projects with multiple candidates/scenarios or varying timescales.
  • Establish technical development plans aligned with priority classification of project, considering enterprise view and overall portfolio priorities.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and communicate CMC risks/program risks, handling more difficult risks/issues in complex projects.
  • Provide drug development expertise and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify common interests and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, customers, and external environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a functional project leader or equivalent.
  • Strong scientific/technical knowledge and understanding of technical development tasks.
  • Ability to establish/maintain DS/DP/Device supply plans (in alignment with CSPL).
  • Fundamental knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic project management training and/or certification.

Skills Desired:

Global Project Management, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Operations, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Continual Improvement Process.
