Job Description

A highly experienced and skilled professional is sought to lead our internal audit team in driving strategic growth, ensuring effective engagement management, and providing expert advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including resource planning, client acquisition, and risk assessment.
  • Engagement Oversight: Oversee the delivery of internal audit, risk assessment, and compliance engagements across multiple sectors, ensuring audits are risk-focused and aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and boards on governance, controls, and operational efficiency, providing insights on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and quality frameworks, reviewing audit reports for accuracy, clarity, and actionable recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and inspire high-performing teams with a culture of integrity and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification (CIA, CPA preferred).
  • 15+ years in internal audit, risk advisory, or assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large audit portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of risk-based audit methodologies, governance frameworks, and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, client relationship management, and business development skills.
