Internal Audit Manager

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned audit professional to lead our internal audit team. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire audit process, from planning to reporting, and providing guidance and support to junior auditors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of auditors within the Business Audit vertical, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Overseeing all regulatory validation processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and timely responses to regulatory changes.
- Identifying the audit universe and conducting risk assessments to develop a comprehensive, risk-based audit plan.
- Preparing and presenting clear and concise reports to senior management, summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and risks. Additionally, you should have:
- Meticulous attention to detail in executing audit processes and reporting.
- Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
