Internal Audit Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and assist in global internal audits. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit and have strong experience in internal audit, preferably across various departments, industries, or within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the internal audit of all group companies globally, including multiple locations and departments.
  • Conduct internal audits according to established procedures and standards.
  • Review processes, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and suggest process improvements.
  • Help in drafting audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and enhance processes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with people worldwide.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal audit.
  • Support the audit team in planning, executing, and concluding audit engagements.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess any of the following qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of total experience, including 3 years of articleship OR MBA (Finance) with 5-8 years' experience OR any other equivalent finance/internal audit qualification with 5-8 years of experience in internal audit.

  • Strong experience in internal audit, preferably across various departments, industries, or within the education sector.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with people worldwide.
  • This is a full-time role based in Noida, Sector 64 office, ideally suitable for someone living in Delhi NCR.
  • May be required to travel occasionally to other countries.
