Job Title: Cluster Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cluster operations as Cluster Head. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding and training partners, managing operations, and driving key metrics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations.
  • Identify and onboard new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis.
  • Track and own the performance of different partners in your cluster.
  • Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes.
  • Owning & driving key operational metrics end to end and achieving performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Middle Mile operations.
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Middle Mile and sorting operations.
  • Experience of having worked in the similar geographic location in similar capacity would be a plus & also experience in control tower & field ops.
