The Job Opportunity:


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Manager for our Accounts Payable Operations role in Coimbatore. This position involves processing and recording invoices, verifying charges, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in ERPs such as SAP.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Process and record invoices, verifying charges and ensuring timely payments.
  • Manage vendor relationships, respond to inquiries, and negotiate past-due accounts.
  • Generate routine balance reports, maintain files, and accounting documentation.
  • Reconcile processed work, verify entries, and compare system reports to balances.
  • Pays invoices, verifies transactions, schedules disbursements, and obtains payment authorization.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with ERPs.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and office hours.
