Job Overview

A dynamic and strategic Financial Analyst is sought to drive finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers a unique blend of core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.

Operational & Financial Analytics:

  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration. 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics is required. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is an advantage. The candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is preferred.
