Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for marketing automation, and is eager to work with cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign v8, including data models, workflows, and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Direct Mail).
  • Design and implement complex segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Integrate Adobe Campaign with multiple systems, including CRM, databases, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, delivery, and tracking issues.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with industry best practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding.
  • Strong understanding of Email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign (Developer/Architect)
  • Experience on channel configuration, including Email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation.
  • Strong integration expertise using API, Batch, CRM, and FDA for seamless data flow between systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing operations and email deliverability best practices.
  • Exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Analytics, Target, etc.
  • Well-versed in data privacy regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices in campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
