About This Role

As a business intelligence professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue outcomes through data-driven strategies and initiatives.

This is a highly analytical role that requires strong technical skills in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and CRM systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, develop data-driven insights, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

• Data Analysis and Insights: Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations. Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.">
• Strategy and Execution: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces. Build mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).">
• Sales Enablement & Operations: Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations). Manage sales reporting & dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.">
• Project & Program Management: Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops. Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.">
