Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services in the aerospace industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing quality control processes, monitoring non-conformance handling, and analyzing root causes.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. With 6-8 years of experience in precision manufacturing or a related field, you will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a degree from IIT/NIT and demonstrate a passion for discipline, quality excellence, and impact. If you are a motivated individual with a drive to excel, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defence-specific quality standards.
  • Analyze and resolve quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed quality documentation, control plans, and inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final product validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field from IIT/NIT.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, or defence industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
