Chief AI Architect Position Overview

This leadership role is focused on driving innovation and strategic initiatives within the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary AI Architect/Senior AI Specialist to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and drive project delivery.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications.
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, Incident management.
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation, strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
