Job Description

As a key player in the retail team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store targets, maintain brand standards, and ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fashion.

  • Assist in overseeing all daily store operations, including customer service, sales transactions, and inventory management.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall customer experience.
  • Manage store staff (if applicable) and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Support staff training and development on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage store performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Conduct regular store walk-throughs to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  3. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Manage store budgets and expenses effectively.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Indian bridal or ethnic wear.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
