Job Title

  • A Marketing Manager position is available to oversee the entire FMCG category team across various regions.

About Us

This role plays a key part in maximizing off-takes and ensuring best promotions in stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 8-10 members for buying national and regional brands.
  • Conduct training sessions and On-The-Job training for team members.
  • Coordinate challenges in buying and movement of goods from vendors to stores.
  • Negotiate with vendor partners for forecasting, and category development initiatives.
  • Discuss and close Monthly and Quarterly plans with vendors.
  • Develop Purchase officers and Assistants on the job as well as in classroom trainings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Marketing related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Category Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
