Software Quality Control Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to drive the quality and timely release of our products.
This role involves developing comprehensive testing strategies, implementing test automation tools, and certifying readiness for release to production.
- Develop and implement thorough testing procedures
- Choose and implement suitable test automation tools and methodologies
- Certify and approve software readiness for production releases
- Ensure all work items in Jira include clear definitions of done (DoD) for adequate text coverage
- Collaborate with development and product teams for seamless integration and deployment of software releases
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies
- Experience with Jira and other project management tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with the Atlassian Cloud platform
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
