Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Quality Control Engineer involves ensuring that the quality standards in fabrication, welding, painting, and erection activities are met.
This includes inspecting raw materials, fabricated components, and finished structures as per drawings and specifications.
- Quality checks for welding, bolting, cutting, and assembly processes must be conducted in line with PEB standards.
- Dimensional inspection of built-up sections, secondary members, and assemblies is crucial to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering and 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control in PEB / Steel Structure fabrication industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out dimensional inspections and maintaining quality records.
- Preparing inspection reports and ensuring traceability of materials.
- Coordinating with production, erection, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participating in internal and external audits.
A strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes for PEB structures, welding processes (SMAW, SAW, MIG, etc.), and painting and coating standards is required.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical ability, are necessary for success in this role.
