Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead: Microservices to design, build, and integrate microservices and third-party APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, BPMN, Flowable, and Postgres.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop microservices architecture and integrate with third-party APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

- Use your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, BPMN, Flowable, and Postgres to build scalable microservices-based applications.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to understand Sprint goals, analyze requirements, estimate backlog, and assign Sprint stories.

- Optimize and scale applications for better performance and scalability.

- Handle the complete project lifecycle, from design to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including implementation approaches and system architecture.

- Manage multiple projects and provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.

- Review code quality, performance, stability, and scalability, implementing improvements where necessary.

- Leverage DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and work with code quality tools like SonarQube to ensure streamlined development and deployment.

Requirements

- 8+ years of solid experience in Microservices architecture and third-party API integration.

- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, BPMN, Flowable, and Postgres.

- Experience with Payments Domain Security standards and modern cloud environments (AWS preferred).

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Angular, Kafka, Maven, and Jenkins.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools like SonarQube.

- Proven ability to handle complete project lifecycles, from inception to delivery.

- Experience working in Agile environments, particularly in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring development teams.

Desirable Skills

- Payments Domain experience, including knowledge of security standards.

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

- DevOps experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in optimizing and scaling applications for better performance.

Soft Skills

- Excellent leadership and mentorship capabilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
