Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

About the Role:
  • Support in procurement, import, and warehousing management.
  • Collaborate with vendors, freight forwarders, customs departments, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import operations.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with user functions to understand their requirements and manage sufficient inventories accordingly.
  • Reviewing existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Cost savings through contract negotiation with partners/agencies.
  • Raising needs for agreements and ensuring renewals before expiry.
  • Handling imports shipments end-to-end.
  • Engaging with users to resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing, and import.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of ordered products/services and collecting inventory reports daily.
  • Preparing and publishing inventory reports for all products on a daily basis.
  • Data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in sourcing, import, and warehousing management.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and governance.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment and prioritize workload to meet scheduling demands and timelines.
