Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and alignment for global business services initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Oversee the integration of organizational functions, resolving issues, and ensuring leadership alignment.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Liaise with communication and change management teams to support transformation.
  • Communication Planning: Develop central ABS communication materials, including change story slides, key messages, talking points, FAQs, and briefing guides.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in performance management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
