Senior Financial Executive Role

Job Overview:

The Senior Financial Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, and monitoring internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the General Ledger (GL) is accurate and all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Executive will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Lead the FP&A team to develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Executive will develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8-15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities.
  • Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
