We are seeking a Technical Strategist to join our AI and Digital Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will bridge strategy, sales, and technology to solve complex business problems using modern AI and data solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp technical mind and strong business acumen, with 6-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant roles. They will possess a solid working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
The successful candidate will be able to design or support enterprise-scale solutions, work effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders, and have a passion for solving real-world problems using AI and data.
In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to run deep discovery sessions with potential clients, lead solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case articulation. You will also translate client needs into technically sound, commercially viable proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
- Advise on best-fit technologies and platforms—Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid.
- Support pilot deployments and co-develop initial rollouts with Delivery teams.
- Continuously engage with internal product and engineering teams to feed insights from the field.
You will also serve as a trusted technical advisor during post-sale handoff, guide customers in maximizing proprietary Digital Value Accelerator (DVA) frameworks, and recommend scalable integrations, data flows, and AI model tuning strategies tailored to each customer's environment.

What We're Looking For:
- 6–8 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
- Solid hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
- Ability to speak with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proven success designing or supporting enterprise-scale solutions.
- Passion for solving real-world problems using AI and data—not just building cool demos.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems.
- Experience building ROI models and supporting business case development.
- Understanding of compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, FINRA, etc.).
