Market Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of profitability in cryptocurrency trading and a strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics.
The role involves actively trading cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time. You will also develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies, manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks, and keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.
In this position, you will work closely with our quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency. You should be able to communicate strategies and performance clearly and concisely, and be comfortable with data-driven decision making and systematic processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated a track record of consistent profitability, strong discipline in risk management, and familiarity with trading APIs, market data feeds, and order routing (preferred).
