Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Strategist to lead the successful implementation of a Digital Wealth platform.

The expert will provide in-depth knowledge in private banking and wealth management, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, regulatory compliance is maintained, and customer journeys are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Domain & Functional Expertise

  • Act as the primary domain expert for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory services.
  • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules:
    • 360° Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics
    • Investment & Cash Accounts
    • Portfolio Management and Tracking
    • Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing
    • Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys
  • Ensure platform capabilities align with:
    • Customer onboarding & KYC
    • Order placement and settlements
    • Reporting and analytics
    • Vendor integrations (e.g., IVS, GTN)

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define project requirements.
  • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
  • Provide training, documentation, and domain guidance to internal teams.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with global and regional regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC standards.
  • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment products (equities, ETFs, structured products, robo portfolios)
    • Portfolio performance metrics and reporting
    • Risk profiling and goal-based investing strategies
  • Exposure to digital wealth platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.
