Job Title: IT Project Manager for Global Manufacturing Operations

Are you an experienced IT project manager with a strong background in managing global manufacturing environments? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our global manufacturing IT projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with Global IT Teams and Global Stakeholders to ensure project completion within agreed budget and timeline
  • Manage global IT projects related to manufacturing operations, focusing on Case and Pallet Labelling systems
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including manufacturing leaders, IT teams, and vendors
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience in global manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations/labelling processes and IT Application Architecture (Infrastructure & Network)
  • Experience in delivering projects related to IT Manufacturing Systems
  • Positive attitude with high initiative/ownership and global mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional and global teams
  • PMP/Safe certification or equivalent MBAs preferred
