Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Management expert to lead the implementation of greenfield projects, modernization initiatives, and plant stabilization efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of facilities, select technologies, and manage all aspects of project planning and execution.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your expertise in process management, research and development, metallurgical operations, product development, and material sourcing will be invaluable in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and lender requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the steel industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
