Roles and Responsibilities

PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Assistant Manager-Subcontract for Raipur Head Office Location

  • Manage subcontractor billing process from site execution to final payment.
  • Prepare all types of Subcontract bill like Running account bill,Escalation Bill etc
  • Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and verify contractor claims.
  • Conduct rate analysis for various materials and services used on projects.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly bill status reports to clients.
  • Coordinate with project managers to resolve any issues related to subcontractor payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field (civil engineering background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and subcontractor billing processes.
  • Proficiency in using software such as ERP systems for tracking progress updates.
