As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with 1 to 2 clients depending on the project size and client requirements.
  • Providing daily status reports and metrics to the Project Manager.
  • Creating review, breach review, and QC workflows in conjunction with the PM, as well as implementing these workflows.
  • Performing QA on batches released by team members, identifying error trends, and creating remedial actions.
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders to resolve queries.
  • Providing technical coaching to MDR and CIR TLs, ensuring they are up-to-date with technical and project guidelines.
  • Designing and implementing STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and analytics for projects.
  • Monitoring hourly productivity metrics and performing QA on reviewed data.
  • Ensuring the quality and productivity of projects.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in law, with at least 4+ years of eDiscovery experience.
  • At least 1+ years of experience as an APM, with excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Technical expertise including SharePoint and Advanced Excel.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements.
