Solar Energy Accelerator

At Cleantech Industry Resources, we accelerate solar energy initiatives by providing turnkey development as a service, including 100% internal systems engineering.

The team operates within a sophisticated suite of software to support projects from land origination through to commercial operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends in the US solar energy sector.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local solar energy policies and regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) covering technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of solar projects.
  • Develop clear, concise, and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data and findings in a compelling manner through presentations and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and address inquiries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective solar energy strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

  • B. Tech/M. Tech in Energy Technology/Energy Systems/Renewable Energy.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Solar Sector, preferably in consultancy and analyst roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Software proficiency in PVSyst, Helioscope, and MS Office.
  • Project management experience, including coordinating with other engineers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of solar energy systems and their integration into existing infrastructure.

Psychosocial Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role plays a critical part in advancing solar energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
