Key Researcher Position

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering in-depth research support within the Discovery Sciences unit, focusing on small molecule lead identification and optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with international teams to discover and advance innovative therapies addressing critical unmet medical needs.
  • Design and implement bioassays, including biochemical, cell-based, and biophysical assays, contributing significantly to multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Develop advanced assay protocols at contract research organizations (CROs), adapting from internal SOPs or relevant literature sources.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, with expertise in drug discovery and development. They should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
