Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance)
  • Prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement
  • Implement GOPs, manage maintenance improvement projects and initiatives (local or corporate)
  • Establish maintenance And calibration plan content
  • Enter master data into CMMS (e.g. confirmation and technician time allocations)
  • Coordinate maintenance / calibration activities, plan resources for maintenance / calibration
  • Manage resources to ensure both retrospective and prospective qualification of engineering installations
  • Organize maintenance to ensure conservation of value, availability of the machines assigned
  • Act as contact engineer for the machines assigned, ensure appropriate management and development of the subordinate employees
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Manage ad hoc projects
  • Compile regulations and principles
  • Support building organizational culture in line with Novartis VAndBOTHER positions
  • Ensure state of the art technical solutions according compliance standards and HSE regulations
Requirements
  • Senior Engineer -Support internal and external audits -Own the Training Curriculum for own Job Profile -Get permits for maintenance / calibration / projects -Develop Project Cost Estimation And Value Improvement Review -Identify technical solutions
  • Maintenance Coordinator -Ensures equipment operates to required HSE, Quality, Environmental and Reliability standards -Support internal and external audits -Manage maintenance improvement projects and initiatives (local or corporate) -Establish maintenance And calibration plan content
  • Manager, Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer OPERATIONS positions -Identify key compliance issues and suggest suitable solutions and determine, together with expert units involved, measures to eliminate safety and GMP problems in the technical sector
  • Other positions -Ensure design, execution and hand-over of mid-size investment projects within cost, time schedule, quality and functionality
