Basket Hunt Private Limited, founded in 2020, is an e-commerce platform delivering essential products and services. Over time, we have expanded into AI, robotics, cloud computing, IT services, and web development.

We also run the School of Interns, a dedicated platform designed to guide students and fresh graduates in gaining real-world exposure, improving their professional skills, and preparing for industry opportunities through structured internship programs.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to our HR team as a Human Resource Intern. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Supporting in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Helping with onboarding new interns/employees.
  • Conducting and documenting feedback sessions to improve HR processes.
  • Contributing to employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Maintaining HR records and assisting with policy compliance.
  • Collaborating with the HR team and management on day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
