Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations in Ahmedabad, driving efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular performance checks to monitor progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable departments.
  • Manage end-to-end shipment execution.
  • Maintain relationships with shippers, consignees, truckers, and customs clearance brokers.
  • Negotiate effectively with agents worldwide.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Cultivate relationships with shipping lines.
  • Develop and mentor a team of operations professionals.
  • Provide actionable insights through daily sales reports and managerial summaries.
