We're seeking an ambitious e-commerce professional to drive product category expansion and lead strategic road mapping for sustained growth.

The successful candidate will own the category end-to-end, accelerating scale across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and executing aggressive category expansion strategies, identifying new products that align with evolving customer needs.
  • Developing clear, actionable 3–5-year category growth roadmaps, setting milestones for assortment breadth, sales volume, and market share.
  • Exploring opportunities within the existing category and unlocking adjacent product spaces to accelerate growth.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to inform strategic decisions and monitor category performance.
  • Utilizing AI-powered platforms for forecasting, automation, and insight generation to support expansion goals.
  • Analyzing competitive data, market trends, and customer feedback to guide category development.
  • Scaling catalogs, optimizing pricing, and managing channel promotions using automation tools and scripts.
  • Harnessing GenAI solutions for efficient product content creation and keyword strategy expansion.
  • Testing and adopting innovative digital tools to support flexible, scalable category management.
  • Building relationships with vendors, marketplaces, and supply partners to expand assortment and secure optimal terms.
  • Collaborating strategically with key account managers for joint business planning and category growth events.
