As a strategic process improvement leader, you will play a vital role in driving change and innovation within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead high-impact projects that aim to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to embrace new methodologies and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive results.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to address quality issues and execute systemic improvement projects
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Tracking and reporting project results to ensure sustained improvement

In addition to your leadership skills, you will need to have a strong understanding of lean and six sigma principles, as well as experience working with data analysis and process improvement tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field. Experience: 4-7 years, with a minimum of 3 years in lean and six sigma roles. Key skills include:
