Job Description

The Lead Architect will be responsible for comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.

  • Project Leadership: Direct architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Assess project feasibility and prepare test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Management: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings.
  • Consultant Review: Critically evaluate consultant deliverables.
  • Standards Compliance: Support planning, design, and implementation activities in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and presentations.
  • Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure designs comply with Indian building codes and regulations.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits and provide guidance.
  • Design Solutions: Address design-related challenges proactively.
  • Final Inspections: Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to project handover.
Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.

• Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience.

• Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in architecture.

• Experience in real estate design management.
