Job Purpose:

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate demand planning based on forecasts from all sales channels
  • Drive forecast accuracy by coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Lead production planning for existing and new products
  • Ensure timely launches of new products and roll out optimized networks
  • Proactively identify stock-out risks and mitigate business losses
  • Improve metrics such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), Fill rate, and Out-of-Stock Avoidance (OSA) to meet business goals

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in demand and supply planning or capacity management
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong analytical mind, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent data handling skills in various software platforms, including SAP and Excel
  • Effective communication and team working skills

Education and Certifications:

  • Engineering graduate; Master's degree preferred
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification an added advantage
