Foundation for Neglected Disease Research (FNDR) is a not-for-profit biotech R&D organization dedicated to discovering and developing novel therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices for diseases with a high socio-economic impact. Since its inception, FNDR has generated a portfolio of therapeutics in tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteria, malaria, dengue, leishmania, serious bacterial infections, fungal infections, COVID-19 and RSV, spanning over early-stage discovery to late-stage clinical trials.

The role of a Research Scientist is pivotal in driving innovation and advancing the field of organic chemistry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multistep organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and compound isolation.

  • M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a closely related field
  • PhD in organic chemistry / medicinal chemistry
  • Postdoc in organic chemistry / Medicinal chemistry (Optional)
  • 0-4 years of hands-on experience in working on bench, preferably in an industry
