Global Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional talent acquisition professional to join our team. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and attracting top talent to drive business growth and profitability.

This role requires a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record of delivering recruitment success through international technology-related recruitment plans, sourcing strategies, and creative approaches to identify and select great talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Early Career Hiring: Conceptualize and implement early career programs, foster university relations, and contribute to improving our brand in the job market.
  • Lateral Hiring: Partner with leaders across functions, build talent acquisition capability, and coach leaders on sourcing strategies.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer, ensuring data quality, training, and use of recruitment systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, judgement, and external/internal market expertise, with excellent operational capabilities to influence hiring decisions. You will also have strong interviewing and probing skills, ability to manage expectations, and display strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
