Job Summary:

This position involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer with hands-on experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dataverse, its schema, and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.

The selected candidate will work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Journeys (CI-J) implementations.
  • Validating the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J, and third-party integrations.
  • Conducting end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
  • Performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.

You will also contribute to continuous process and product quality improvements by participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Hands-on QA experience in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, its schema, and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM from a QA perspective.
  • Proficient in using tools for API testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
