Lead Identity Engineer Job Description

This is a seasoned Lead Identity Engineer position with expertise in CyberArk to drive end-to-end deployments and technical leadership.

  • Leads the design, configuration, integration, and go-live support of CyberArk deployments for enterprise clients.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and AAM.
  • Collaborates with client stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
  • Develops custom connectors and integrations with other identity platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Conducts health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning of existing CyberArk environments.
  • Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers on CyberArk best practices, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Documents architecture diagrams, SOPs, and solution design documents.
  • E nsures all implementations adhere to compliance and security standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with CyberArk Suite products.
  • Proficiency in designing and deploying CyberArk PAM solutions for on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs and their integrations.
  • Strong grasp of Secrets Management and Cloud Security Fundamentals.
  • Automation proficiency in Conjure policies.
  • Expertise in utilizing DevOps container services like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Previous engagement with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
