Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Model Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in productionizing machine learning models, scalable serving, and partnership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement reliable and efficient model deployment pipelines using GitLab CI and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable serving solutions for batch and real-time inference on EKS/ECS/Lambda and Databricks Model Serving.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure the secure deployment of machine learning models.
  • Continuously monitor and improve model performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced GitLab CI skills and experience with dynamic child pipelines, components, and cross-project triggers.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, including least-privilege access and secrets management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with advanced Terraform policy-as-code and environment promotion.
  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations and standards.
