Skillful Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Agentic AI Specialist to develop and implement cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.

The role involves taking ownership of the full lifecycle of our AI platform, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

Responsibilities:
  • AI Application Development: Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Backend System Architecture: Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
  • LLM Integration: Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Vector Database Optimization: Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Agentic Workflow Development: Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Platform Architecture: Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge Sharing: Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Python Expertise: Proven expertise in Python.
  • Langchain Experience: Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Agentic Frameworks: Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Vector Databases: Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • LLM Understanding: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Linux Environment: Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • CICD Pipelines: Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Databases: Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Planning: Planning & Execution.
  • Communication: Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
  • Office Suite: Proficient in MS Office suite.
Preferrred Skills:
  • BigQuery Experience: Experience with BigQuery.
  • Additional Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Multi-Agent Systems: Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Serverless Architecture: Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Local LLM Execution: Experience with local LLM execution and management.
  • Prompt Engineering: Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.
  • Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications.
  • MLOps Principles: Familiarity with MLOps principles.
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with relevant testing frameworks.
  • AI Ethics: Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.
  • Other AI Technologies: Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, neural networks, and time-series analysis.
